Below are using conditions of hosting service of the company.
Contract Period
Contract period starts from the 1st of the following month from the date of application. Minimum contract period is 1 year.
- Notice of contract cancellation is to be given by 30 days before the date contract period ends and the document specified by the company is to be used.
- In the case that notice of contract cancellation is not given by the date specified, the contract will be renewed and extended automatically for another 1 year.
- In the case that the contract is cancelled before 1 year, please pay the fee for the remaining period in one lump sum.
Payment Method
Advance payment by paying into bank account.
- Money collection (cash or check) from customers in Bangkok (some areas only) is also possible.
- Monthly payment
- Please pay for hosting fee of the following month by the end of the month.
- Lump sum payment for 1 year
- For customers paying for 1 year in one lump sum, service will be extended free of charge for one month.
- The amount in the table is exclusive of VAT (7%)
- In the case of late payment, 100 Baht will be charged per day.
- In the case of late payment more than 1 month, server will be temporarily stopped until receipt of money can be confirmed. (There is also a fee while the service is stopped)
- Fee paid will not be returned.
Line Speed
It is assessed that traffic is average 512Kbps per 1 contract party.
In average case traffic a customer uses always exceeds 1Mbps, please make separate contract for bandwidth guarantee line.
Back Up
Customers must always back up important data by themselves.
- Hard disk is physically duplexed by RAID1.
- In the case serious failure occurs, database server and mail server may be initialized.
- The company will not compensate for any data loss of contract party.
Temporary Stop of Service
The company may temporarily stop the service without prior notice for maintenance work. Moreover, sever may stop due to upper level network failure, server equipment failure or attack on the internet etc.
- The company will pay back the amount equal to 1/30 of monthly fee per 1 day of service interruption only in case server stops continuously for more than 24 hours.
- The company will not compensate for any server stop other than the above cases.
Prohibited Items
In the case contract party breaches contract agreement, the company can cancel the contract or stop server without prior notice.
- Use for pornographic website, illegal act, sending moving pictures (streaming), providing content services with excessive load etc. are prohibited.
- Cannot be connected to server, using telnet, ssh.
- Server domain and e-mail address cannot be lent, transferred to a third party.
Others
- This service is not internet connection service, such as dial-up, ADSL etc.
- This service does not include program development, web site production.
- Compensation responsibility of the company will not exceed monthly fee of utilization plan.
- Use of this service requires general personal computer operations and internet knowledge.
- Customer control panel of server is provided only in Japanese.
- Support relating to this service is done via e-mail.
- The company can change the fee, agreements of this service, by prior notice, without receiving consent from contract party. Contract party is to comply with the details after changes.
